1. 7-Day Easy Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, replacement, or store credit.

To initiate a request, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Once the product is returned and inspected:

✔ You will receive Store Credit in the form of a Coupon Code

✔ The coupon can be used to purchase any other product on our website

Important Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in the following situations:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product received is defective

Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

For damaged items, please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

We generally provide Store Credit instead of direct refunds.

However, in certain exceptional cases, a direct refund may be approved after review by our support team.

Refund approvals are based on:

  • Product condition

  • Reason for return

  • Verification of issue

If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Eligible Return Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing packaging

  • No proof of damage is provided

  • Incorrect or incomplete return information is provided

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns and replacements, Maniara will bear the return shipping cost.
